VIDIZMO Advanced Analytics provides you with robust and powerful video analytics tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of your media, video presentations, campaigns, courses, quizzes, usage, user responses, etc. Authorized admins have the ability to track all viewing activities, and drill down reports by who watched, what & when. Upon analysis of viewing trends, performance feedback can then be incorporated to increase the effectiveness of video presentations.

What are VIDIZMO's analytics and reporting capabilities?
VIDIZMO offers detailed analytics on a broad and granular level on basis of Portal, media, usage, completed videos, quiz scores (when you incorporate training elements in your video content by adding PowerPoint and questions/ surveys), and overall viewed videos.
Does VIDIZMO provide specific content analytics such as number of views, average viewing duration, percentage of video viewed, video file size, etc.?
VIDIZMO provides rich real-time user and viewing statistics for all live and on-demand videos. You can have complete control over the analytics of uploaded content such as viewing activity by date range, by video segment, by unique users, total time watched, amount of video viewed.
Is VIDIZMO capable of providing additional analytics and reporting as per customer requirement?Yes, VIDIZMO does entertain requests for advanced or additional reporting and can provide custom reports at the time of implementation. High level analytics and graphs are also available, providing stats for total system storage, active users, unique users etc. Additionally, all reports can be exported from the web interface into xl, xml, txt or other formats.
Does VIDIZMO have the ability to monitor usage statistics?
Yes, VIDIZMO provides in-depth analytics to monitor usage. VIDIZMO architecture allows each Portal to use its own subscription for storage, CDN, encoding etc. This allows customers to receive consumption bills for each Portal separately from the cloud provider granting such services. Moreover, usage statistics can also be accessed by admins with just a few clicks in the application.
Can analytics show trends or consumption of space/ bandwidth?Yes, analytics clearly show details of space used, bandwidth used and growth trends.
Do you provide TinCan analytics?Yes, TinCan analytics can be integrated with VIDIZMO with some customization.
What different types of reporting capabilities are supported by VIDIZMO?
VIDIZMO supports standard reports, customized reports, ad-hoc reports, running reports online, running reports via a batch job, and reports for any data element stored within the system. Reports can also be exported to other applications like Excel and PDF.
Do you use a separate reporting server for generating reports?Normally, a separate reporting server is not required. However, it may be used for additional or customized reports as per customer's requirements.
Does VIDIZMO capture historical data such as timestamps, user IDs, roles, security changes, etc.?
Yes, VIDIZMO's audit logs keep track of all changes.
