Are terminated VIDIZMO employees removed from any system supporting or containing client data within an appropriate time frame? If so what is the time frame?
Yes, all terminated employees are removed from the system within the same business day. Every employee joining VIDIZMO is tracked for all access provided, and upon termination, all of their accesses are revoked immediately.

Do future VIDIZMO employees go through a background check before getting hired?
Yes, all employees are thoroughly and formally verified from previous employers, including background checks for criminal history etc. Immigrant employees are also checked for entitlement to work.

What are the VIDIZMO passwords settings for administrators?
All passwords are changed once a month with the following restrictions: All passwords must contain non alpha numeric characters; must contain combination of Uppercase and Lowercase letters; cannot contain user name (samAccountName or displayName; Must have at least 10 characters.

What other restrictions are applied to passwords?
All passwords are stored in an encrypted format. While there is no expiry time frame, you can reset the password for any user. The maximum number of failed attempts is 5 but it can be configured.

- It must be at least eight characters long
- It must contain at least one digit
- At least one uppercase character
- At least one lowercase character
- At least 0 special characters, and cannot contain spaces and symbols like \'?>/,"|
