Typically, we provide deployment and configuration documentation, user manual, installation guides, release notes, FAQs and updates on new issues/ bugs identified in the form of our blogs. -
Will any custom documentation be developed for on-premise deployment?
In the case of on-premise deployment, the deployment & configuration document has to be updated. Moreover, a project plan is created with the customer’s team. If the customer requires any additional documentation then it can be provided upon request.

Yes, built-in wizards, user manual, how-to videos and VIDIZMO support fully serve customer's needs for tasks that are considered difficult. -

Yes, documentation can be provided upon request. VIDIZMO cloud deployments are hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud. computing, storage, and CDN services and are based on Microsoft Azure and customer-driven policies. On-premises deployments, on the other hand, follow customer-driven policies.
