Overview

The Encoder converts media files into multiple formats and renditions for enabling the user to play it on multiple devices/platforms. AWS Elemental MediaConvert is a file-based video processing service that allows video providers with any size content library to easily and reliably transcode on-demand content for broadcast and multiscreen delivery. VIDIZMO offers its users to view and update configuration settings of pre-configured Encoding Providers due to evolving business requirements.

Before you start

Any mistakes while configuring the encoding provider can break the uploading/encoding process.


Steps to View and Edit AWS Encoder

I. From the Portal's Homepage

1. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.

2. Expand Admin tab.

3. Click on Control Panel.


II. From Control Panel:

1. Expand the Encoding tab.

2. Select Encoding Providers.

3. This displays the name of the Encoding Provider that you configured initially through Setup Wizard. To learn more about Setup Wizard, see: Understanding Setup Wizard.

4. Enter here Media Role ARN.

5. Here, enter the Media Convert API End Point.

6. Click on the Update button, 


Note: To get Media Role ARN and API End Point follow this tutorial.



A notification will appear briefly stating: Encoding Provider has been Updated Successfully.
