 What's New  

  • Introducing a shiny new feature called "Auto Email Confirmation."  What does this mean for you? Opt for this gem, and invited users can get a VIP pass straight to the portal—no email confirmation required!
  • Now you can catch PPE rebels in action! VIDIZMO now empowers users to spot non-compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) right within videos! Our AI can spot these PPE rebels faster. It involves identifying the absence of masks, protective hats, or hand covers like surgical gloves; our enhanced detection capabilities have you covered.   • Have you ever used automatic processing to redact a file and then worried about what happened to the original? Worry no more! VIDIZMO has introduced a new feature called "Original File Handling" that allows you to decide what happens to your files after they go through the automatic redaction process. This powerful feature only works for automated redaction when using AWS indexer, but trust us, it's a game-changer. 
  • We've got a brand new app in town: the VIDIZMO Audio Indexer. It detects & predicts languages in your audio/video files during playback. Think of this update as a media embedding makeover. It's not just about embedding; it's about embedding with finesse and style. Now, customize dimensions, embedded types, and additional settings based on your liking. These configurations set default values in the player, so when you generate the embed code, your preferences automatically take the spotlight. Curious how to do that?  Bug Fixes

  • We squashed a bug that was causing video settings to act funky. Now, you can tweak video settings, and it works as expected.
  • We fixed a bug that was messing with your User Analytics reports. Everything should be showing accurate data now.
  • We squashed a bug that gave viewers in the portal a sneak peek at the "embed" option for private playlists and collections.
  • We squashed a bug where turning Activity detection on messed with OCR and other detective tools. Now, they can all work together like a well-oiled machine.
  • Video thumbnails are back! fixed a bug that made them vanish on the clip/edit screen.  
  • Say Bye-bye to box ghosts!  Cleared some square invaders behind insights tags on the playback screen. Enjoy the clean view!
  • We squashed a bug where category keys were hiding your toast notifications. Now you can see all your important updates without any roadblocks.
  • We've swatted that bug, and now the category only shows the number of files it actually has. No more sneaky extras trying to crash the party. 

  • Our sharing modal was having a case of double vision!  It seems giving access in a subcategory with inheritance turned on caused some files to see their doppelgangers.  Worry not; we've squashed that bug, and now the sharing modal only shows each file once.

  • We squashed a bug that shows the wrong address in your workflow email bodies. No more confusing "to whom it may concern" situations! Now, those notifications will have the right recipient loud and clear.
  • Fixed a bug that sent "Available Date-Time" into the future. This meant your media files were getting scheduled for the future, leaving them mysteriously absent from the library. Now your content file launch on time, no time travel required!
  • Missed asterisk(*) mishap fixed! required fields now shine bright with asterisks on profiles and bulk edits screen. No more guessing what's gotta be filled! 
  • Video hide-and-seek is over!  We fixed a bug where updates made videos disappear from folders. Now they'll stay put.No more tricks now!
  • Our live-stream finale message is now singing a complete song - no more missing notes!
  • We've fixed a bug where activity recognition was showing the same info on loop under insights.  

  • Merging activities? No more glitches! We fixed a bug so you can merge activities smoothly.

  • We squashed a bug, so all portal events now leave their mark in the audit log.
