Overview
For ease of use, Portals in VIDIZMO can be set up to provide accessibility options which are then set up as its default access policy. These settings allow the Portal to be either publicly accessible to anonymous users or may have some access restrictions, such as the ability to add users manually or auto-approve join requests.

Steps
I. From the Portal's Homepage
1. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.
2. Expand Admin tab.
3. Click on Control Panel.
II. From the Manage Portal navigation pane in Control Panel:
1. Expand Security tab.
2. Then click on the Security Policy.
3. Select Public tab to view public access policies.
4. Under Portal Access Type, you can see that the Allow Anonymous Access option is enabled. This option will also set up the Portal to auto-approve all join requests and allow participation from all authenticated users.
5. Click on the Update button to allow anonymous access to your Portal.
A notification will be displayed briefly stating: Portal details updated successfully.
Note: This will set your Portal as Public. Thus, all media files in the Portal will be accessible to anonymous users. Moreover, new uploaded and published media will also be accessible anonymously.
Roles and Permissions
In VIDIZMO EnterpriseTube, Administrators and Managers are allowed to make changes to the Security Policy of an Account/Portal. However, in VIDIZMO DEMS, only Manager has the permission to do so.
