An example of VIDIZMO media collection can be a planned course consisting of video lessons, documented notes, pictorial flow diagrams to aid learning, quizzes for educational assessment, etc.

Corporate Video Training – A Course
Corporate training videos are digital presentations develop to train employees, educate them, and discuss best practices in the workplace. It combines recorded audios and supporting visual content.
VIDIZMO’s Collection is an innovative approach towards training and learning by combining streaming video content with other learning resources such as Presentations, Office Documents, images, Quizzes, etc. and combine them into a course. A Collection of Digital Evidence – Case
The management of digital evidence is rapidly evolving due to the diverse nature of the evidence, which includes images, videos from surveillance cameras, crime scene documentation, voice call recordings, etc. Therefore, effectively accessing evidence for case prosecution is a challenge that comes with the rapid growth of digital evidence.
VIDIZMO’s Digital Evidence Management (DEM) enables law enforcement agencies to store, manage and analyze ever-increasing digital evidence collected from various sources. In DEMS, a case is an equivalent of a Collection of all types of digital evidence related to a crime. A case can create a unified incident view, allowing for all relevant digital evidence tied to a single event to be easily found, processed, and packaged for judicial partners – saving valuable time and resources that are becoming a growing concern.
Collection Options in VIDIZMO
Collection Creation:
VIDIZMO offers a simple and intuitive Collection creation process and any Moderator+ user is authorized
to create and design a collection. Here is an article detailing 4 simple steps to create a collection.
- Go to the Collection creation page, from the add media (+) button.
- Select the create collection option.
- Give your collection a suitable title.
- Drag and drop the desired/logically related media in the collection creation panel and click next to finish collection creation.
Sorting Media:
Media in the collection can be sorted/arranged by the creator in a specific order, so the end-user can view/hear it in that sequence. But the end-user is not restricted to experience the media in that order.
Search:
Enables a user to search for the required content to be added to the collection.
Count:
This keeps track of the number of media files added in the collection.
Media Settings:
After the fourth step in collection creation, the user will be redirected to the Media Settings. Here, after adjusting Basic Setting, Publish and Access the collection can be published.
Collection Playback
When an end-user selects a collection, the playback page is loaded. This page is like the playback of media with a few distinctions. To learn more about the playback page, read Understanding Playback Page.
Collection Navigation Panel
The collection navigation panel can be viewed or hidden using the toggle arrow button. It comprises all the media content in the collection a user can view the media in sequence or by selecting the media of choice.
Information Tab
The Information tab comprises of details about a collection. This includes the Title, Publish date, Description, Tags, Categories, Author name, and Custom Attributes.
Transcription Pane
The Transcription Pane appears only for the media that has closed captions uploaded within the collection. Through transcription pane, a user can search a term, edit, or download the transcript, change the transcript font size and navigate to a specific time by using timed comments in transcripts.
Feedback and Other Media Controls
From the Feedback Bar present on the bottom right-hand side of the player, you can give your feedback on the collection. These feedback and other media options include:
- Add media to a playlist to have it used as course learning content in a sequenced manner.
- Like/dislike the selected collection content.
- Share the media to social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., or share via email.
- Add that media to favorite.
- Download collection media.
- Embed media to external web pages.
- Comment on any media in the collection.
Note: The feedback works individually on the selected media content of the collection.
Collection Management - Media Manager
In media manager, VIDIZMO offers the following management options for a collection.
Settings
From the Settings tab, the user can modify the collections’ Basic, Publish and Access settings.
Analytics
VIDIZMO allows its users to analyze usage of your uploaded content on a continuous basis. VIDIZMO generates these analytics for every collection being created, helping users to assess its performance from various perspectives. You can read more analytics, read: Understanding Media Analytics.
Quality of Experience (QoE)

Editing
This enables the user to add, remove and change the order of the content within the collection.
