Here is a guide to integrating Thomson Reuters Case Center with VIDIZMO:


 

Before you start

  • In order to be able to install Thomson Reuters Case Center app, you need to contact our Support team to have Thomson Reuters Case Center app available for installation from within your Integration Apps.
  • You must be a Thomson Reuters Case Center Organization Administrator and VIDIZMO Portal's Manager+ to carry out the steps required to install Thomson Reuters Case Center App for VIDIZMO. 
  • Make sure to log in to your VIDIZMO Portal as an Administrator or Manager role to configure Thomson Reuters Case Center App.
  • Make sure you have a Thomson Reuters Case Center account.
  • To integrate Thomson Reuters Case Center with VIDIZMO, an Organization ID and Account credentials will be required to generate the tokens needed to authorize each request.

Thomson Reuters Case Center Configurations

For integrating VIDIZMO to the Thomson Reuters Case Center app, you will need the below-mentioned information.

  • Username
  • Password
  • Organization ID
  • Domain 

 

VIDIZMO Configurations

From the Portal’s Homepage, log in using Administrator or Manager credentials. 

  1. Click on the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen to bring up the left navigation pane. 
  2. Then click on the arrow to expand the admin section. 
  3. Select Setting to open the Portal Settings navigation panel.




From the Portal Settings navigation pane: 

        4. Click on the Apps to expand the list of operations that can be performed. 

        5. Select Integration Apps.

        6. In Integration Apps click on Add New Apps



From the Apps Catalog

        7. Click on Plus Icon to Add the Thomson Reuters Case Center App



From the Thomson Reuters Case Center:

        8. Click on the settings gear icon.



From the Thomson Reuters Case Center - Settings:

 

 

Thomson Reuters Case Center – settings popup window will appear. Enter the Following information.

        9. Username

        10. Password

        11. Organization Id

        12. Domain

        13. Click on Save Changes to save the settings.



    14. Now, turn on the App using the toggle button. This will enable the Thomson Reuters Case Center app. 



Once Thomson Reuters Case Center app is enabled then we can perform multiple actions from VIDIZMO application.
