Overview
Terms of Use/Service are the legal agreements between a service provider and a person who wants to use that service. The person must agree to abide by the terms of use in order to utilize the offered services. VIDIZMO allows you to design Terms of Use form which can be used as a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of your Portal. This form has made accessible through the User Registration Form, so that users’ consent can be taken before their registration.
Before you start
- You can enable GDPR compliance in your Portal, and can view and define Terms of Use Form.
- Manager+ Portal users can define this form.
Steps to Define a Terms of Use Form
i. From Portal Homepage:
1. Click on the navigation menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen to bring up the left navigation pane.
2. Then click on the down arrow to expand the Admin section.
3. Select Portal Settings to open the Portal Settings page.
ii.. From the Portal Settings navigation pane:
- You need to navigate to privacy section
- Click on the Privacy to expand the list of all available components in that section.
- Select Terms of Use.
- Enter your Terms of Use in the text area with the help of editing options, like basic word formatting.
- Enabling Renew Consent checkbox will display Data Processing Agreement whenever a change has been made in Terms of Use.
- Click on the Save button to proceed.
A toast notification will appear informing that Portal Information updated Successfully.
